We have uploaded the most recent State Health Department Surveys for each of our communities.  This is one document that should be reviewed carefully before making a decision.  Please note, when you find the following on the survey, this is a perfect score, "The facility was surveyed against the R432-270 rules for assisted living facilities.  The facility met the minimum standards set forth in those rules.  No deficiencies were cited."
