The State of Utah Health Department regulates Assisted Living Communities in Utah. One of their more important functions is an annual detailed inspection of each licensed Assisted Living Community. Anyone interested in Assisted Living should review the most recent inspection results of every community they are investigating. At this time, the State’s link to online reports isn’t working, so we have available printable PDF files of each of our properties, plus the reports of 2-3 of the closest competing Assisted Living Communities. Click on the location of interest and from there you will be able to download the reports you wish.
